Buitengewoon in het Land
Afgelopen zaterdag heerlijk mogen genieten van het nieuwe concept ‘Buitengewoon in het land’ . Een restaurant ‘zonder muren’ dat in de zomermaanden rondreist door het hele land en nauw samenwerkt met regionale producenten, landeigenaren, chefkoks en restaurateurs die het een uitdaging vinden om op bijzondere locaties met bijzondere producten te koken.
Dit keer was het in Doorn bij de historische moestuin Bartimeus in het bos. Een prachtig langgedekte tafel waar 70 mensen genoten van overheerlijk eten, wijnen (vooral de mousserende dessertwijn was een topper!) in een prachtige omgeving, terwijl er nog geen 10 meter van de tafel heerlijk gekookt wordt in de buitenkeuken. Absoluut een aanrader !!

iPad Scribbles #1
Hiya !
Ive bought myself a iPad2 and installed Brushes and Autodesk Sketchbook.
With the Kensington Stylus pen I fooled around a little bit and this is what I came up with in trying those two apps. Still need to get the hang of it though.. a little bit rusty !

Very nice optical illusion
Mostly these optical illusions are repetative or same ‘ol same ‘ol.
But this one triggers something different…try it out and see for yourself !!!

Grill’d identity
Voor een Australische keten van hamburger-restaurants waar ze zéér gezonde hamburgers maken heeft studio Kudio de branding en winkelinrichting ontworpen. Vooral de vrolijke illustraties maken het moeilijk om niet vrolijk te worden als je bij hun binnenkomt. Gezond hoeft dus vooral niet saai en basic te zijn.
For an Australian chain of healthy hamburger restaurants, designstudio Kudio developed the branding en environmental design. With all the happy, curly illustrations its hard not to get a smile on your face when you enter the restaurant. Healthy doesnt have to be boring and basic.
